🎬 Documentary Tour: Behind the Scenes of Continuous Production at the Karzero-Rmeilan Station

Oil never sleeps, and behind every barrel collected is a complete engineering story managed with the utmost precision and safety. Today, we take you on an exclusive documentary tour inside the Karzero processing and collection station (Rmeilan region), the vital strategic artery that connects the production lines and operates around the clock without interruption.
The facility’s organizational and operational structure is divided into a core and supporting external sites:
1️⃣ Main Operational Station
This is the actual center for managing crude oil flow and includes:
Specialized Oil Units: Receiving crude oil from neighboring fields and production stations and initiating initial processing operations.
Associated Water Tanks System: Isolating and collecting water extracted with the oil for environmental and engineering management.
2️⃣ External Sites and Logistics
An integrated support network to ensure operational continuity and efficiency:
The Integrated Field: The comprehensive production environment that guarantees continuous flow.
Workshops and Maintenance: Ready technical teams operate according to emergency and routine preventive maintenance protocols to ensure uninterrupted machinery.
Fire and Safety Unit: The first line of defense, equipped with the latest industrial firefighting technologies to guarantee the safety of workers and the facility.
⚙️ How does the work cycle work? (From well to tank)
Initial Gathering and Processing: Oil is drawn and gathered from wells and main and sub-stations and undergoes physical processing to separate gases, impurities, and associated water.
Pumping and Transportation: The processed oil is sent via pipelines to the main Kurziru station, where it settles in massive collection tanks in preparation for subsequent stages.
Sustainable Production: Thanks to the high level of coordination between the tank system and the off-site workshops, production runs continuously (24/7) without any interruption.
A salute to our engineers and technicians stationed at the work sites, who transform challenges into continuous energy!
