Developing Infrastructure and Enhancing Operational Efficiency in Oil Fields

Elixir Al-Jazeera Oil Company continues its intensive efforts to develop infrastructure and enhance operational efficiency, focusing on the preparation of access roads, well pads for oil and gas wells, and gas injection facilities.

In this context, the company’s technical teams achieved a significant milestone at the Suwaydiya field by completing the rehabilitation of the “Sub-well 9” (Far’iya 9) site in a record time of just three days. The work included the complete removal of the existing ground surface, soil stabilization in accordance with the highest engineering standards, and the application of a hydraulic barrier layer topped with 15 cm of crushed stone—ensuring the site’s stability and its capacity to withstand heavy-duty field operations.

Concurrently, at the Qarachokh site, the foundation for a surface unit was prepared, involving the installation of formwork and the high-efficiency pouring of bases for production drilling rigs.

These operations are supported by the company’s advanced fleet of machinery and heavy equipment, capable of executing large-scale projects under diverse conditions. Such initiatives are part of the company’s management strategy, which includes investing in its own quarries to secure stone materials, accelerating work progress, and facilitating the movement of machinery between company facilities and oil sites—all with the goal of ensuring the continuity and advancement of production operations while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
